If you would like to reserve exhibit space
(booth) at the 2009 show, please review the
floor plan and contact
MNLA with your 3 top choices among the spaces available. Once a reservation is
confirmed, MNLA will issue a Trade Show contract and you may return the contract
with payment. Reservations will be cancelled if the contract and payment are not
received within 15 days of the contract issue date.
Booth Prices
Two booth sizes are available at the Billings show.
Note that corner locations are more expensive. All are 8 feet deep:
Size D - 10' wide x 8'
deep • $420 per booth for MNLA members; $520 per booth for non-members
Size D CORNER • $455 per booth for MNLA members; $555 per booth for non-members
Size C - 8' wide x 8' deep • $350 per booth for MNLA members; $450 per booth
for non-members
Size C CORNER • $410 per booth for MNLA members; $485 per booth for non-members
Each booth includes:
One 8' high back drape and two 3' high
side drapes; one draped table (choice of size); two chairs; one 2-line sign with
name of firm, city and state/province. One full registration to all regular
seminars and Trade Show (Special Fee Seminar and meals are NOT included)
per booth rented. Others from the exhibiting firm may register at the Member
Rate if they want to attend the seminars, or Trade Show Only rate if they do not
want to attend the seminars. All owners, manufacturer’s representatives, booth
personnel and spouses must be registered. No one will be admitted to the Trade
Show or seminars without the appropriate name badge.
Sorry, there are no
discounts for multiple booths.
