The 7th Annual MNLA Billings Chapter Golf Scramble and Membership Drive was a great success! We met at Briarwood Golf Course in Billings, MT on August 13th, 2020. We had 23 teams participate this year. Players enjoyed 18 holes on the beautiful Briarwood course, followed by dinner and an award show at the clubhouse. There were some awesome door prizes (including a GoPro, Insulated Growlers, Yeti mugs, a dinner/hotel stay in Big Timber), and hole prizes handed out. The golfers (and MNLA) like to give back - we raised funds for the MNLA Scholarship Fund through Mulligan Sales at the tournament. It was a great day on the course - we can't wait to do it again next year!
Congratulations to this year's winning team: City of Billings/State Farm. They get to proudly display their trophy all year long.
Thank you to the Billings Chapter Committee Members for planning this event: Steve Lehenbauer and Jason Albaugh of River Ridge Landscape Company, Tim Groener of 2M Company, James Prchal of Good Earth Works, Kelsie McKnire of Meadow Green Sales, Pat Appleby of Canyon Creek Nursery, and Gina Albaugh of MNLA. Their dedication to making this tournament a blast are one of the reasons players keep coming back year after year.
