Base fee:
  • Register exhibitor booth representatives for Name Badges and/or sign up for Special Events during the Green EXPO. Indicate the exhibitor's company name and booth number when registering. If you are registering for a Special Event, indicate which event(s) the representative will be attending.
  • Check Booth Availability Map before registering. If the booth type you select is no longer available, your registration will be voided and you'll need to reapply.

    You can upgrade standard 8'x6' C-size booths to a larger booth size or corner booth during the registration process. To register more than one booth, complete a separate registration for each booth.

2021 Green Expo - CANCELLED

Due to the rising number of COVID cases in our state, and the unlikelihood that we would be able to safely hold the Green Expo in January of 2021, we have cancelled the Expo. We plan to hold the Green Expo at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center in Billings, MT in January 2022. We look forward to seeing you there.

Please note that we have waived booth cancellation fees if you are unable to attend the convention due to COVID-related circumstances. The trade show schedule and more details are located below. BOOK YOUR BOOTH TODAY!

Book your booth space now. Click the "Register" button on the left side of your screen to register your booth for the MT Green Expo, or download the Booth Booking Form. You can request up to three choices for booth location. To register online for more than one booth, complete the registration process for each booth separately and indicate your preferred booth number (i.e., if you want adjoining booths) during the registration process. Check the 2021 Expo Booths for available booths and booth prices. MNLA Members enjoy reduced booth rental fees. Please note that Members need to log into their account to access the members-only pricing options. You can also check to see who has signed up so far (Exhibitor List). A booth contract will be sent to you once we have assigned a booth per your choices. Payments are due within 15 days of booking your space.

The online registration form has a field where you can let us know who your booth representatives will be. If you do not know who your booth representative will be at this time, you can submit their names at a later date by selecting the "Name Badge/Special Event Registration" registration type. This will allow you to "sign up" your representatives who will be in the booth during the Green EXPO. Registering booth representatives allows us to provide you with nice pre-printed badges. If you do not pre-register booth representatives, you will need to hand write name badges at the show.

One FREE Convention registration is included in your booth fee. It pre-registers the person from your company who will attend the  Convention, and also includes all meals (Luncheons, Banquet, and Breakfast of Champions) for that person. They must have a Convention badge to attend the seminars and keynote speeches. 

Your pre-registration also gives us a better count for ordering food for luncheons, etc. Click Exhibitor Pre-registration form to complete.

Exhibitor MOVE-IN- starts Tuesday, January 5, 2021, 3:30 pm-7:30 pm.
All exhibitors must be moved in by 12:00 pm on Wednesday, January 6th.
2021 EXPO Convention Services. We will again be working with K&J Convention Services. They will be able to provide additional furnishings, carpeting, booth setup assistance, drayage, and other booth accessories. Exhibitor packages will be mailed out in late November with details on how to request booth accessories.

Sponsorship at the Expo

Your sponsorship will make the event more successful. We urge you to take advantage of one of the many opportunities for sponsorship of the Montana Green Expo. We are happy to consider creative ideas to help. The Sponsorship Form lists several available options; sponsorships need to be turned in by December 10th to guarantee placement in the Expo Program.

Exhibitor Demonstrations
Book a 15 or 30 minute time slot to reserve a demonstration of your product or service during the event. There is NO CHARGE - just register in advance. It's like FREE advertising. Simply complete the Exhibitor Demonstration Form and return it to us by December 1, 2020.
