Name Badge, Meal, and Seminar Pass Registration
Register your booth reps (up to 4 per booth), assign your (1) complimentary seminar pass to a booth rep, and purchase meal tickets.

Exhibitors - we are excited to have you join us for the 2026 Montana Green Expo! Use this registration form to register your booth reps for pre-printed name badges, and add additional seminar passes or meal tickets to your existing booth registration. Note: if you already added these during booth registration, you do not need to re-register. Only complete this form if you did not include the names of booth reps, meals or seminar passes in your original registration and wish to add them now.

The deadline to register your booth reps and purchase meal tickets is: December 24th, 2025.

All name badges, meal tickets, and seminar passes will be available to pick up at our Registration Desk during exhibitor move-in times.

Seminar Passes and Meal Tickets:

One FREE Convention registration is included with your booth rental, which includes all conference seminars on Wednesday and Thursday for that person (this seminar pass does not include the pre-conference workshops). All individuals must have a Convention badge to attend the seminars. If you wish to register additional representatives for the convention seminars, you can add them by registering on this page. If your representatives plan to attend meals and/or special events like the Awards Banquet Wednesday evening, or luncheons during the conference, they will need to register for those meals.

Trade Show Move-In:

Exhibitor MOVE-IN- starts the morning of Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
All exhibitors must be moved in by 3:30 pm on Tuesday, January 6th.
