Book your booth space now. Click the registration button to the left to register your booth for the Expo. You can request up to three choices for booth location. Check the Booth Availability Map for available booths. You can also check to see who has signed up so far. A booth contract will be sent to you once we have assigned a booth per your choices. Payments are due within 15 days of booking your space.

Register your people for the booth by clicking on the "Register" button to the left. This "signs up" your representatives who will be in the booth during the EXPO. It allows us to provide you with nice pre-print badges. Otherwise, you are hand printing badges at the show.

This FREE Convention registration is part of your booth fee. It pre-registers the person from your company who will attend the Convention and also includes all meals, i.e. Luncheons, Banquet, and Breakfast of Champions for that person. They must have a Convention badge to attend the seminars and keynote speeches. 

Your pre-registration also gives us a better count for ordering food for luncheons, etc. Click Exhibitor Pre-registration form to complete.

Exhibitor MOVE-IN- starts Tuesday, January 7, 2014, 3:00 pm-7:00 pm.
All exhibitors must be moved in by 12:00 pm on Wednesday, January 8th.

2014 EXPO Convention Services. We will again be working with K&J Convention Services. They will be able to provide order additional furnishings, carpeting, booth setup assistance, drayage, and other booth accessories. More detail will be available from K&J as we get closer to the EXPO.

Sponsorship at the Expo

Your sponsorship will make the event more successful. We urge you to take advantage of one of the many opportunities for sponsorship of the Montana Green Expo. We are happy to consider creative ideas to help.

Exhibitor Demonstrations

Book a 15 or 30 minute time slot to reserve a demonstration of your product or service during the event. There is NO CHARGE - just register in advance. It's like FREE advertising.
